[Important: If a computer on which your Discovery Bible Software (DBS) license was installed, no longer works or was reformatted, please click here. If you still have access to that computer, please keep reading.]
If you wish to deactivate your license from your original computer(s), e.g. if you are no longer using the DBS on one or more previous computer(s), please submit a ticket to confirm the following in writing:
“I have permanently stopped using DBS on my original computer on which I had activated my license and uninstalled DBS from that computer permanently on [enter date here in YYYY-MM-DD format]. (I also confirm that this is the first time I am confirming this particular incidence for that computer.)”
If your original computer is no longer functional, please submit a ticket to confirm with:
“I am no longer using DBS on my original computer on which I had activated my license because that computer is no longer functional. (I also confirm that this is the first time I am confirming this particular incidence for that computer.)”
We will then update your DBS license activation count on our server accordingly.
