Please submit ticket for your transfer request, confirming both of the following points in writing: 

  1. “I stopped using Discovery Bible software on one of my computers and  successfully uninstalled Discovery Bible from that computer.” 
  2. “I am ready to transfer Discovery Bible software to another computer that I own.”

We will then transfer your license to your preferred computer ASAP.
