If you are already a student, please check your email about recent changes for accessing the course and how to log in again using your new login details.

If you know the registered email address you used for the course, you can access it without entering a password...

Follow each of the following steps in the order given:

  1. Go to the new student login page here.
  2. Click the white "Login with secure code" button (not the red "Login" button).
  3. Enter the registered email address you used for the course. 
    • If you do not enter a registered email, you will see the error message "User not found".
  4. Check for secure login code at the email account you entered in step 3
    • If you are unable to find an email with a valid secure code, please check EVERY corner of your inbox (and the SPAM / JUNK, and any other folders or tabs too) for an email from noreply@lc.helpsmin.com. 
    • If you have multiple email accounts, please select your profile image or initial (usually seen at the top right) to make sure you are looking for the email at the email account you entered in step 3. 
  5. Enter the secure code.
  6. Click the blue "Verify" button.
    • If your secure code did not get entered correctly or if it expired after 15 minutes, you will see the error message "The security code is not correct or has been used. Try with a new code."

TIP: If you’re a Gmail user, you might need to move our first email from your “Updates” (or “Promotions”) tab to your “Primary” tab (your inbox) so you don’t miss anything important.
